The Centro Español de Tampa is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Cemetery Day at our Cementerio Español.
This year’s event follows our successful and gratifying inaugural last February. As was the case last year, we will be joined by monument refurbishment expert, Andrew Lumish. Andrew will again be giving a brief introduction to the technique used for refurbishment. All necessary liquid, spray containers, and brushes will be provided for the event. In addition to the refurbishment activity, we will be improving the overall appearance of the cemetery by collecting trash. We ask that you consider bringing your own tools and work gloves for the cleanup effort.
The cemetery address is 2504 E. 21st Avenue. Carpooling is recommended. If you’re able, please consider bringing hand tools (rakes, hoes, gloves, etc.) and a folding chair. If you have any questions, feel free to ask via email or give us a call at: (813)-870-0559.
