Bibliography

This bibliography was compiled by the Centro Español from a number of sources. It is not intended to be representative of the content found in this website; rather, it is intended to be a resource for those interested in the rich story of the Spanish, Cuban, Italian, and Afro-Cuban immigrant community in Tampa that began arriving in 1885. As is evident from that which follows, the literature is as varied as the community itself. We hope that it will inspire visitors to our website, especially young visitors, to explore the fascinating story of our Latin community and the forces that created and shaped it.
